What is the most important idea for you from the movie?

That is a hard question to answer since there is so many good things about the movie. If i had to pick anything, is that if we create our reality, then we can create the world we want to live in, as individuals and as a human race.

Which character did you like most from the movie?
They are all good characters. I do not believe in rating people, real or not.

Hi Sherry,

First of all good on ya for your accomplishments and welcome.

Not that you asked for my opinion but my opinion is that you didn't waste a millesecond if you are here now. Time they say is an illusion and I think we humans can sometimes put too much importance on how much time it takes us to figure things out. It's not how long it takes us to begin to consciously evolve but that we make it to that point. I used to feel quite quilty and carried a lot of shame over the things I had put myself through in the past but finally figured out that it's all been good every single bit of it because I learned and I grew.

What the Bleep is a wonderful place to begin to explore the possibilities for sure. I can't say it is what got me started but it sure helped open my mind to some new things.

I love what you say about changing your thinking and changing your life. I've found through experience that I can change ANYTHING by changing my perception of it. Talk about feeling omnipotent!

I'll check you videos out for sure. Hope to see you around a lot!

My work involves a web startup videoblogging company called the hopeshow. I am the 1st story on the site.

We are passionate about exposing real-life inspiring stories as opposed to the some of the meaningless content that is out there right now.

After having a spiritual awakening, I discovered photography and videography and I fell in love with the whole aspect of showing the world through these other "eyes."

The movie "What the Bleep" was one of the 1st movies that I saw when I got sober. I love the fact that we are all connected. Also, the whole study on water and how our thoughts can change our selves struck me hard-core. I knew that I had been abusing myself with my own thoughts for years.

I made a commitment to change my thinking and my life grew to a whole new level....

There's so much more, but I will leave with that.

And I hate immoral human beings who don't care about someone's life, people who sell drugs, who fake medicines,...

I has seen WTBDWK, and what is most significant to me about the whole concept and application is... possibility, how every thought we have and act on changes our lives for ever! now that is really why I coach, generally, people do not run their own brain from awareness, this is shocking, it was devestatingly delightful when I realised this about my self, it is a true awakening, not necessarily of the oneness of everything, but to choice of the ego and desires etc. to the should shouldn'ts etc. I am passionate about the simplicity available to us that nearly everyone misses... I could go on... and on, I won't ;-)

What is the most important idea for you from the movie?
I have long read and studied Fred Alan Wolf, Seth, Machaelle Wright, and other folks who understand reality is a co-creation. I have also studied with folks that highlighted the bio-chemistry underlying emotional reality. So I can't say that there was any most important idea.
I think for me the mere existence of the movie was most important because it made all of this more accessible to folks who hadn't considered such things.
Now I have more folks I can talk to!

Which character did you like most from the movie?
The young basketball player. It's a difficult concept and his segment explains it well.
I also have totally appreciated Fred Alan Wolf since the first edition of Space Time and Beyond.

I recommend this site (global-mindshift) because of the scope of the conversation - The New Story - by Brian Swimme - and its link to What the Bleep. As an ex-hippie (and former Landmark-er), I'm always heartened by the explorations people are making beyond conventional thinking. Like others, I was impressed by the notion of addiction to emotions and their concomitant chemical streams (in the movie). I don't remember the characters that well, but I liked the way the teenage boy was portrayed - full of life! I wonder if anyone here has seen "Who Killed the Electric Car?" or "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised". Thanks to everyone for being here, and especially to Alex for his rampant creativity, his mystic physics (I like Fritjof Capra, whom I began following in the 70's).

Thank you for the kind words, Patricia, but each of us is a blessing. We all have our unique gifts to give to the world. I believe that finding them and sharing them with others is part of why we are here. When I help someone else find their passions it is such a gift to me. That is the beauty of service to others. There is so much joy is watching others grow! And there are always things I learn from others that I still need to be working on. The gifts just keep on giving!

I think there are many small business owners who operate as I do. I live near Madison, WI and I have a circle of people that want to co-create businesses that serve others. One is a publisher, one is a marketing expert, one is an attorney, several are coaches, several are healers, one is a book store owner, etc. etc. I am not unique by any means, and the tide is shifting to more and more of this happening. It is a beautiful thing to watch.
