i must say that this part of the movie was the freshest and newest of concepts i had ever seen. most everything else, i have read, heard about, witnessed, believed or was otherwise exposed to in some realm of my life but the water molecules! just imagine this: if this truly is possible (and i have perused the books backing the claims on the movie) then do you realize the enormity of our influence on EVERYTHING? specifically and immediately i thought of the food industry. i thought of the fast food places and how the people (usually) just work there because it's a job and how there are very few on a whole who LOVE their jobs. i thought of how that mind set could influence the already nutritionally stripped ingredients and then the consumers get not only the yukky food but also the yukky attitude of the workers as well. in contrast, look at the fine dining facilities where the preparers are passionate about their work, taking great pride in what they serve (yes, along with probably the best choices in ingredients) and what a difference it makes! (and have you ever been to your favorite restaurant, ordered your fav. dish and it just wasn't as good? what if the person preparing it was dealing with issues that caused them to look upon what they served with negative thoughts? that could have been the difference?) i then moved into our homes and how if there is strife within the preparer it could get transferred through the food etc. i was simply blown away by looking at it in this way. i was moved by the film and i thank you for the opportunity to share this with others. as i shared it with people i knew (the water molecule segment) some wanted to see the whole movie and others thought it just too weird to even discuss:) love |

! This part really moved me as well. The implications are enormous! all my water pitchers now have “love” written on them. and I feed my dog & my plants & myself (!) love water. in the yoga classes i teach…i have one posture where we are sitting but cradling one leg in our arms…and i have them kiss their knees and toes…sending love to the water inside their bodies. the conept is so fresh! you are so right…and powerful, and beautiful…it is as if we actually can SEE what love, hope, joy looks like - somehow making these intangibles, tangible. i have a background in the sciences, so i was a bit skeptical at first…but regardless…we are what we believe, what we think…and i choose to believe that this is true and possible. we are a water planet…we are water creatures… more important than food, water sustains us. and yet we are posining ourselves - not merely from the environmental toxins that are going into the water, but the emotional toxins that are going into our water supplies as well. im sure you heard this story (not sure if it's true and i'm paraphrasing from memory) about the dalai lama, he was the guest of honor at some function, and as he ate his dinner he began to feel terrible – not as though he had eaten something rotten – but just emotionally bad. and he said he needed to meet the person who had prepared his food. so they take him back to the kitchen and introduce him to the chef. it turns out this man was at the precipice of complete self-destruction, he was angry, had lost his family, was about to lose his job, etc. and the dalai lama spoke to him and told him that he knew this man was hurting, just from eating the food he prepared. that he had transferred his negative emotions, his karma, into the food. etc. etc. (i'm sure there's a better version of this story out there, but it illustrates your example, laurie.) love, love, love *m |

Hi Laurie, I love what you wrote on how preparers/cooks can affect the food we eat. I cannot agree more. In fact, there was a Korean drama on air in SIngapore which spoke of this same idea! Spot on :-) & thank you so much Miguelita for sharing the Dalai Lama story. Being able to see love, hope, joy & gratitude sure does make a big difference in our beliefs about the power of Love & Appreciation! & Thunderbeing… “a miracle is a miracle whether it is fringe science or pure whatever” a while after I saw the Bleep movie… I explored further cos I'm very much a science/research person… so I was quite affected by the critics… but in the end, the film proved itself to me in my life & that's all that matters. There might be many people who think that we are stupid or fanatics or whatever… I used to think so when I see young girls screaming, jumping & crying with/at their favourite bands or pop stars too… that was until my cousin was in this super band competition I went to support him… ha ha… then I experienced for myself what it meant… Sometimes stupid is good… stupid creates space… I just posted part 2 of my story @ My Transformation Journey: Part 2 & hope to write about what I mean by space in part 3 or 4… I always learn most when I think I'm stupid… I learn least when I mistakenly think I know it already… Back to water… "If thoughts can do that These words left the biggest impression on me. Water accounts for about 95% of the fertilized egg & about 70% of our adult body, & it is no coincidence that water also covers about 70% of our Mother Earth's surface… just imagine the impact out thoughts can potentially have… on ourselves, everyone around us & even the planet as a whole! Everything is connected… by water… If we expand this further, its really about how we can potentially affect the world around us in the same way (maybe smaller scale?) the world have affected us. This really lead me back to my ealier post on how I think co-creation might work & the claim by Dr. Joe Dispenza that “I create my day”. Once again, its really about the interdepency of our existence… Another powerful impact of Dr. Emoto's controversial & exploratory research was in helping me understand & really believe in the power of Love, Appreciation, Gratitude & having positive thoughts. & because my work involves lots of children, I want to take this opportunitity to emphasis the impact parents & other educators can have on children… our thoughts & beliefs in children can really make a great difference in their belief in themselves & their abilities… this subsequently affects most if not all areas of their lives!!! I urge all parents to believe in your children & express that belief to them in a clear & direct way! – Namaste, @lex Chua http://www.iROM.org/ Your Internetional Registry of Marriage |

Wow! Thank you luap & Quantumly Inspired for your wonderful illustrations on water! We sure can learn a lot from H2O! Other than being the most receptive of the elements, water have another very interesting property… it transforms… and we can see the transformation! It is a sort of prove that energy transforms from one form to another… solid, liquid, gas and solid again… endless cycles… and we all share the same water. You and me… as did all those who have passed before us… and all those who would be coming… water connects all of us… and since water can hold information… I liken it to having memories… memories of all who have come before us… memories of the history of our Universe. Maybe this explains why so many of are receiving inspirations in the shower! Maybe water is one way to access the Collective Consciousness… maybe water allows our Spirit to connect with the Collective Consciousness. Maybe that’s why I felt so inspired in Australia… the vastness of her ocean… land… sky… it’s this feeling of space… possibilities. Yes… that’s a topic I would love to expand upon and share with you soon. Water is probably not the only way… sound, light, air… maybe we don’t even need any medium? What if our Body itself is a medium? Our Mind? Our Emotions? Maybe this also explains why we can feel the atmosphere in a place and sense if someone is angry, happy or sad… we can also sense if a person is authentic and sincere… and we do so not only when we are physically present… when we really tune in, we can sense it via email across continents! We can feel the Energy. There is an invisible life force that guides everything… because this Energy is a part of all life… all things. When I followed my Heart, passion, dream, it was as if my Heart awakens and reconnects with the Heart of the Universe… and my Spirit resonated with this life force that is the conductor of all Synchronicities and Serendipities. I went in search of my Heart and asked everyone I saw “How do I listen to my Heart?” This was last June… how much life have changed since then… I now understand that I was already listening, following, feeding & healing my Heart. That was the deeper Purpose of that trip… to Heal, Hear & reconnect with my Heart so that I can be Here in this present moment of Love & Light. I’ve since discovered that it all sums up to belief… belief in my Self… belief that I can do it. My feeling is that our Emotions are our most direct connection to this Energy. The way Emotions come and go… just flowing through… passing by… Emotions can pass through and change so fast… unless our minds cling on to them… Emotions… that’s so much to talk about it overwhelms me… I’ll pause here for a breather… anyone wants to expand on this? – |

am looking out for things that would make my situation even better. am striving for that! am reading books most of the time and it’s worth it. am learning so much and trying to apply the thoughts to actions. my life’s motto is to become a better person. and like to be one. though steps to that is tough because every single day God is giving me trials to face that vision. life is a big school (i’d like to have it that way), and all we need to do is attend classes everyday, learn the lesson, face the test, accept the failures and learn from it. you’re asking me if i Would you be truely Happy if everything remained exactly as they now are for the rest of my life?, actually, i guess i would not because i’d like to better my situation, my finances, my relationships… Life is precious, what makes yours worth living? we came in to this world not for ourselves but for everyone. i realized that after reading the Purpose Driven Life written by Rick Warren. am pretty convinced that we are going to be like that. what matters most? love is the reason, and that what matters most. |

Rivers carve their own valleys, this is from metta bhavana. Water flowing over rock and soil cuts channels, which grow deeper with every passing year. The contours of the channel then define the course of the river. The river creates the banks, and the banks create the river. Similarly, our emotions follow patterns. Our emotions give rise to thought, and our thoughts reinforce our emotions. For example, when we're in an irritable mood, our thoughts tend to find fault. The sense of being surrounded by faults reinforces our irritability. So our emotions shape our thoughts (the river bank), and our thoughts influence our emotions (the river). It's disturbingly circular. |

With respect to Water Molecules Water and Food: I have been following a macrobiotic diet for over 20 years now. This diet originated with the Zen Buddist Monks and is the foundation of a balanced harmonic life. An Asian doctor in Vancouver once told me, “if you control the food you eat, you control your destiny”. Macrobiotics is very simple, very clean, very pure: Like water. Cooking times and the amount of water used is very important. Also important to note that this diet contains alot of water. Grains soaked in water, Miso soup, Organic veggies filled with water, etc. Macrobiotics says, “Drink your food and chew your drink”. One does not have to drink copious amounts of water when on a Macrobiotic diet. One is encouraged instead to chew very well. This is a very difficult task in the present “NO TIME left for you world” that we inhabit. Water and Fasting: I love to do a 3 day fast each month on pure water and essential oils. Water and Essential Oils: Essential Oils are filled with the dynamic liquid of water. Every day I annoint myself with these precious liquids and inhale their divine scents. Water and the Q2: The Q2 Water Energy Personal Spa is a part of my bathing ritual for over three years now. It creates dynamically charged water that is like bathing in a natural thermal hot springs. Your fields are continually made more and more unified. Health being defined as unification of the physical, mental, emotional and spriritual fields. For a pictorial view of what the Q does to the body check out what it does for vegetables. http://www.q2sa.co.za/vegetable_trials.html Water and the Spirit: Both the Buddha and Horus the Egyptian God were enthroned on the Lotus Flower which grows in the WATER. Water and Politics: Some say that the real war in the Iran, Iraq and Afganistan is not for the OIL but the WATER….Oil is just the smoke screen. The dimishing fresh water supplies on the planet will wreck more havoc and suffering then any other resource… |

I've been interested in this ever since I first heard about it in What the Bleep. But I haven't read Emoto's books and I have been wondering if he just took the crystals that looked like he wanted them to look or did all the crystals look basically the same in the different environments. In other words, did he pick crystals that supported his hypothesis? If he didn't then it is very, very interesting indeed. |

I have not read the book & cannot answer your question… but to me, be it sound or light… they are all vibrations of Energy… which as Albert Einstein said, is at the core of creation & as such has hidden power, a stupendous force even begger than the power generated by the Falls of Niagara! It is the vibrations of Energy that makes the difference. Even if it were just our intention, the thought virbation could be very powerful… not to mention the added effect of sub-vocalisation. |

Water molecules reflecting our very intentions. “what if the person preparing it was dealing with issues that caused them to look upon what they served with negative thoughts? that could have been the difference?) ” Yes, it can be the difference! I was part of a very small group who taught me lots about the way the world works, in a similar light as WTBleep teaches. Food preparation was a big deal to them. They wouldn't let me prepare food because I had not gotten a grasp on my thoughts and emotions. Food must be prepared with love and concentration. They would not eat food that I or anyone else “uninitiated” had looked at, because negative emotions can transfer through the eyes with our intent. Later in life, I went on to be a waitress. I couldn't believe the mal-intent lots of the other waiters/waitresses had toward their customers. It was like they had fun insulting customers back in the waitstation. When I defended the customers, they called me “Ms. Benefit of the Doubt”. I like that nickname and still refer to it to explain why we shouldn't pass negative judgement on people without thinking about it seriously first. |

~ this is a great tread…. yes… the power of water…. below is something we started doing last yr using water bottles with ~ love ~ sign on them…. ~ (via Apple Robyn)
~ (via Light Source University) Love Beaming Adventure You can imagine this place inside your home or a cubicle, but do yourself a favor and get outside in nature PERSONAL Love Beaming Adventure This is a place where 2 energies are colliding: like 2 rivers, 2 streets, 2 building, 2 fields or 2 oceans like in the photo below Cape Point, South Africa Bring a vision from your heart of at least one area of your personal life where you would like to feel love. Be ready to receive and send love energy among those present for these visions to be manifested Options are: ~ to fill a bottle with water 24hrs prior, and write the words LOVE on the bottle, and bring the LOVE water along for the love floating game ~ to send love energy to different individuals that are ready to receive (eg. ourselves, friends, families, Mother, Father & Ancestor Lines) as well as different situations that wish to receive love and have charged energy, so the grid lines can be cleared from all time and space ~ to use the power of 2 energies that are colliding like Atlantic & Indian Ocean meeting at the tip of Cape Point to do the integration of + & -, good & bad, black & white, male & female, to integrate duality and return to the road of oneness and unity consciousness ~ to use musical sound vibrations and primordial languages to heal and change the alchemical structure of any imbalances in the body (headaches, arthritis, monthly pains, cancer, back pain, tumors, HIV, etc.) ~ to play love floating game by pouring love water into the ocean to travel to far away places that wish to receive love

Wonderful ideas and discussion on water has been flowing in… in the spirit of Energy Circulation, may similiar insigZaadz: Connect. Grow. Inspire. Empower.hts and love flow into your beautiful lives as well. May all of us be as flexible and flowing as water… with that we also live each moment co-creating our collective reality just as water carves stones… Jennah's love for tears really caught my attention… tears have healing powers… maybe they carry parts of our negative memories and allow us to release them into the Universe… The mention of rain also brings to mind the role water plays in the co-creation of rainbows. Laurie (Envision) has a published article about rainbow in the June2006 issue of Envision Magazine. My thoughts after reading her piece is that without synchronicity, there'll be no rainbows. In fact, my personal encounter with a full double rainbow mirror her experience… it was a sign of Divine Perfection and a reinforcement of the existence of synchronicity. |

Thanks for this great discussion. After reading your posts, I went around the house and taped tiny little love notes all over the water containters. I can't wait for my partner to discover them. This discussion reminds me of the practice of Roman Catholics of blessing water and making it holy. There is much wisdom in these old practices. I remember when I was little and I would bless myself with Holy Water from the font at church and I could feel a charge, as if something were zinging through me. I was confused, though. B I had heard that Holy Water could be diluted and still be as powerful as the original full-strength, straight-from-the-priest variety. If this is true, then when we bless the oceans with a bottle of love water, it's spreading everywhere. I also love the idea that we can make holy water ourselves, simply with our intentions and our blessings, and that there's no need for a priest. |

With the powerful presence of Water, ME becomes WE (reflection). Just as Water reflects our image to us, the World reflects who we are… “We don't see the world as it is. We see the world as we are.” ~ Anais Nin Hence for change to happen, we must follow Gandhi's advice, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” ~ Mohandas Gandhi Reflection also means to look within… & allow the Water in us to reveal to us our true nature… our Divinity. |

Personally, my intention is that this pod grows beyond The Bleep, The Secret & what else may come… along this same line of thought this is to grow beyond any limited beliefs you & I may have. I love The Bleep & it turns out to be a great framework for discussion. In the emails I've been receiving, many of our friends are revealing that this movie sort of affirms what they already know… & somehow gave them/us permission to talk about this more openly… Hence as a first step, we must all be allowed to freely express what we believe in without fear of being wrong etc… some of us never found this to be difficult… but there are many who do… In this same way, I encourage subjective interpretation… the sharing of personal experience & interpretation in the spirit of learning, loving & living life to the best of our potential. |

I've always been drawn to water with childlike enchantment. One of my earliest memories is of throwing a little hissy fit because ma caught me and seriously chastised me after I let myself outside to play in the rain when I was 5ish and nobody could find me. Growing up in the south, we had a lot of wild thunderstorms and instead of being afraid of them like the other kids in the house were (cousins lived with us) I was drawn to it, comforted by it. Thrashing wind and gushing downpours, lightening and the power of nature…and I would stand right in the middle of it, or as close as I could get to it and experience the most intense calm and awe. Then afterwards I'd run out to feel my feet in the puddles and get in trouble some more for trying to drink water out of the ditch hehe. It's the same awesome feeling I have near the ocean, a stream, a pond…anything. I long for rainy days. On a more scientific standpoint, water is officially the most universal solvent known to exist. Cheers, Sakti |

Thanks Sakti, I did a search to find out more about what you meant by “most universal solvent known to exist”. Very interesting to know this… an extraordinary property of water is its ability to dissolve other substances. There is hardly a substance known which has not been identified in solution in the earth's waters. Were it not for the solvent property of water, life could not exist because water transfers nutrients vital to life in animals and plants. Another wild idea just popped into my head… water dissolves our stress also… not sure if anyone “proved” this with scientific studies, but I sure experience this everyday when I bath ;-) |

I agree but even one step beyond that, have you heard of the string-net liquid theory? Apparently instead of the void, there is a string-net liquid. If this is true and the way we think affects water, then how does it affect the string-net liquid which makes up the foundation of everything? |

When I first got sober.. I saw the movie, “What the Bleep do We Know?” The idea that thoughts can influence the water's molecular structure made me kinda scared. My thoughts at the time were crazy. But, I took a lot of baths at the time to relieve the withdrawal symptoms that I was experiencing. I started practicing the power of thoughts method. I replaced my thoughts about myself with LOVE…. |

I think the first thing we all need to learn about this new way of being is to always give ourselves a break as to what we might be thinking. We should not judge ourselves for what we think…no differently than we should not judge others for what they think. It takes time to change our way of being which of course changes how we think. We are all a work in progress. I really don't think it's supposed to be a difficult process, this changing within. I believe it is supposed to be a joyous process as we evolve into something better/happier/less judgemental today than we were yesterday. |
