I feel that it is an experience concerned with the person concerned. It could not be expressed in words. It is like the taste of a fruit of which no one can explain it. Any one like to have the taste has to eat it and find. In another way , It is like swimming. You may try to learn about swimming in books but you will have to get into the water and swim by yourself.
