This Group is for people who wish to engage in meaningful spiritual inquiry about the topic of enlightenment. What is enlightenment? What does it mean to be enlightened, and what comes next? What has your experience been with developing your own awareness, with those who claim to be enlightened, or those that promise enlightenment?
We welcome all...(more) views, but ask that members treat each other with courtesy, compassion, and respect.
* Note: This Group was originally founded by the editors at what was then known as What is Enlightenment? Magazine. The magazine has since evolved into EnlightenNext, and the original founders of the Group have decided to allow it to grow beyond the publication itself. So while today this Group is meant for more general spiritual inquiry, you may see a number of archived threads related to the magazine. If you're curious about EnlightenNext, you can find out more here. (less)

I feel that it is an experience concerned with the person concerned. It could not be expressed in words. It is like the taste of a fruit of which no one can explain it. Any one like to have the taste has to eat it and find. In another way , It is like swimming. You may try to learn about swimming in books but you will have to get into the water and swim by yourself.
