it's time to get up…it's time to get up…it's time to get up in the morning! yes, that is the line for me right now. during my first trimester, i was tired and sick so i would get up when my child got up and not a minute before. but, now i am feeling much better!! and, i'm really present to how much i miss having “my time” …so now i am in the process of reprogramming my sweet self to get up early again so i can fit in my much needed yoga practice and time for myself. even if it's just 15 minutes! it's worth it…and i'm worth it! i am really clear that by not getting up for me time is not honoring my needs and well-being. when i get up early and practice yoga and/or journal, i am so much clearer all day long. i feel better about myself and my body feels better everywhere! i am more peaceful and am able to enjoy the day more! wow! now that's worth getting up for! what do you say?
