What change would you like to see on Gaia?

Is there something about Gaia you wish would change? And if so, what are you doing about it?

I asked Lee, whom we're featuring at present, this question. This is his answer:

Q- What do you most dislike about Gaia/wish would change?

Lee- Being able to find things through search. My time is limited here so I don't take the time to read really long posts, as I want to make the rounds and give care to the various groups within Gaia I have joined. 

Q- How are you helping to change that?
Lee-I won't change that.  When I am interested I will bookmark the post and read it off line as a solution.  I like two or three paragraphs or less as a rule, especially since we are multilingual globally.  It's important that for those whose English is a second language that we make our conversations understood.

There are small functionality concerns that occur to me from time to time, which I mention to Matthew in the Support pod. But overall, I think Gaia is wonderful the way it is. I am very grateful for this community.

I too find the search functionality a problem and often use the search through google.

OM [ 1Vector3  ] has a workaround for finding one's own posts in a group- she suggests signing off with our name, as you've done too, Nicole - that helps there.

And as Nicole points out, I too use Gaia Support for functionality issues. For suggestions, we can use Think Tank .
~Matthew  of the Gaia Team is very approachable and works during the week to handle concerns.

This has been extremely helpful and the tools are very user friendly on this site.
~Matthew has been on top of all of helping this site & I am grateful to be his newest buddy. Another way to find all of your posts is through the “my activity” which has been the fastest search to find things I would like to link again to.  I will take your advice OM, Nichole & Meenakshi and try this on things that took time to research to answer. I feel this will help new people as well to become more involved in this valuable community.

I seconde the motion - Matthew on the Gaia team is amazing!  He knows that if he ever needs someone to test something for breaking potential, to just give me a holler.  I can break ANYthing, ANYtime, ANYwhere.  Likewise, Matthew can fix ANYthing, ANYtime, ANYwhere.
