Eli of the sacred mountains

Meenakshi said Sep 10, 10:32 AM:

[Discussion continued on Eli of the sacred mountains-2
on Sept 12 2009
Far from the sacred mountains in India, a wonderful being came to the plains of India, and found his way to Gaia. He entered as Eli, and has brought wisdom, play, and unrelenting warmth to our grapevines, and groups through HUG(e) HUG(s), inspiring quotations, and cheerful welcomes of new members  in the Gaia Lounge.

He is the seed around which the wonderful
Community Project Idea: One Light, Many Windows
came to light.

In his humility, he has shown us, who have been blessed to be in this group as team co-moderators, that he is a sannyasi, a noble Swami

Eli has once again decided to return to his beloved mountains, where he will not have internet access. So, leaving his profile and blogs up for us to be inspired by, he is taking his leave of Gaia.

He is open to answering certain questions, but may not be able to answer them all.

All are invited to leave their heartprints [another of his favorite phrases], post your wishes and thoughts; inspiring quote, or picture or poem from around the world as we honor our beloved friend.

You know me - I ask questions!

Q: How did you find Gaia:

EliI stumbled upon Gaia while looking for a online social networking site with a deep spiritual leaning. I was first attracted by the Gaia Quotes which surfaced in Google search.

Q: First Impressions of Gaia

Eli: Very alive and clean place with vibrant souls, different from usual chat and small talk social networking sites.

Swamiji, Eli, as I variously call you - you  joined in August 12 2008, just a little over a year ago; and joyfully took to Gaia. I loved your presence at the Ambassador group, around Gaia Lounge, where you welcomed new members till you had to curtail your time on the computer, and around the groups.

Dear Eli,

Just a tiny bit of space and time, the little spot in which we crossed path's. Even though I didn't have the pleasure nor the blessing to exchange many words with you, your leave has made my spirit sense an upcoming void. A heartfelt void in which your existence will be honored and cherished.

Through your profile, the guru Anandamayi Ma came to my attention. Just as if it was meant to be, seeing her face fills up the back of my eyes and makes my heart tremble. I'm moved by this, not knowing exactly why. Thank you for that, and thank you for your gifts.

Beloved Eli,

I still remember the time I saw your first icon appear here on Gaia, and I thought who is behind that funny, sweet, monkey face.

It took me a while to find out but later on we became Gaia friends and even though there was not a great frequency of personal exchange between us, I have grown to love and respect you very much.

So when I read that your leaving Gaia I must admit it first came as a bit of a shock and I even shed a few tears, I felt sad somehow. Even though I know it is not a sad occasion at all, you are going to the mountains, something you choose to do and I am sure it is a deep happy heartfelt choice for you. But such are human emotions, I guess I just kind of grew more fond of you than I realized.

Eventhough I'll miss you here at Gaia,  you are leaving behind such a great light I will know you are not really gone, your beautiful heart and spirit are here with us.

I wish you all the blessings and good things to cross your path.
Big hugs dear Eli,

deep bows beloved Swamiji,

I’ve been very fortunate, mainly because of all the wonderful people I’ve met in life, and on line working with innovative spirits & especially things I have shared with you, Eli. Together all of us are truly making a change to help humanity.

Adding more light & harmony for humanity, as I see it, will be fundamental continuing to bring about our human rights.  Why? Because there is a lot of insanity and criminality around, and every reason for it to grow and get out of hand, like the morning glories that take over a backyard if not tended. It’s nicer to think about societal decay in the image of beautiful flowers, don’t you think?

Even when those same flowers work like mad to overwhelm and choke the life out of every shrub, bush and tree in their path. Must there ONLY be Morning Glories?  That would be my question to the God of Morning Glories. Must there only be super-controlled slaves?  That would be my question to the would-be Gods of man, if there were any sense in asking them about it. So, human rights are key.  I’d like to make it legal to be a human.  There’s so much legislation against it these days.

I love mankind. That last sentence has a loaded, sort of stupid aspect, as if I had just written, 'Coke adds life.' But the truth is, I don’t have to try to love mankind, I just find myself loving it.  I love the species.  I love the shapes, the activities, the expressions, the problems. You guys are GREAT. Well done on doing the impossible: being people. I have enjoyed doing our part to carry on in my groups & this~ One Light Many Windows in which you planted the seed, Eli. Thanks for all you have done. I have noticed light changes as we put in cool posts in that group.

OM, we never work as a team, we work as ONE.

It is THIS special quality which makes Gaia what Gaia is. The moderators of One Light Many Windows group are already busy cultivators/mods of very active groups, but look at the way they come together in One Light…

They are ONE.

You have been a part of the process yourself during the formative stages of this priceless community project, and I have no words to express my deep feelings of gratitude to you.

And GAIA IS ONE.

Anybody who cares to observe the immense amount of cross-posts and inter-group interativeness, the way various separate (?) groups come together at the intersection points would not fail to admire the ONENESS which is GAIA.

And THAT oneness, in the final analysis, is “spirituality”.

Mata Meenakshi,

I could not find better words to describe Gaia than these following lines, which completely describe my experience online with every beautiful soul here.

 I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed—and gazed—but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

Eli,

I composed a song for my infant son; as I carried him in my arms, alongside the creek that runs by our home.  Your post above reminds me of some of the verses, which will now ever have meaning, and when I see the Daffodils each year, I will think of you …

Daffodils, daffodils,
Yellow flowers that bloom in the chill

February's cold, March winds, April rain,
Daffodils
Gone again, back next year
Full of Cheer, Daffodils

Each year I hope you see,
they still bloom for thee,
When I'm gone, perhaps you'll sing
This song of mine
Each spring and summertime.

I know that this prayer project is dear to your heart, as dear as One Light Many Windows, and with more urgency for the present moment.  I know not whether Siona's duties and time will allow her to do as you ask, yet we would all dearly love for you to linger a bit longer, with us.

As I have mentioned in the think tank group, there are many groups in Gaia that could see to your request.  For some reason, you seem strongly guided that it must be Siona, as something only she can do, as you envision it.  You can be quite insistent about some things, I do know from personal experience.

Some of the moderators in the think tank have suggested the prayers you request could occur in the One Light Many Windows group, and as an on-going link to you and your own continuing work, that would seem quite appropriate.  However, we humbly are limited in having a full understanding of your vision, I suppose.

Here is a question from me - there are many mass efforts at amplified prayers - Fire the Grid and 09:09:09 as well as the UN International Day of Peace, just to name a few.  Do you feel these efforts accomplish “real” work ? or are they internet hoaxes ? (that simply suck in the gullible, who wish only to do “good” in the world).  Can doing good ever fail in its mission ?

Therefore, an associated question would be - how best to pray ? (since it is arrogant to believe we know what is best for our mother Earth / Gaia).

In deep respect and
gratitude for what you have accomplished
here at Gaia, I remain humbly
your friend -
Deb

Deb,
There are TWO basic needs:
1. Synchronous sincere prayer by a Big number of people EACH day at SAME appointed time.
2. At the individual level, observance of solemn and spiritual silence for 10 mins every day.

The groups in Gaia which you mention could perhaps join hands together. I once read Nicole in one of the threads commenting that although we have a large “membership”, only about 150/200 are really “active”.

We need 1500-2000, not 150-200. There lies the catch.

Re: Eli of the sacred mountains

Eli,

Certainly, therein lies the catch.  Even a person with many, many “friends” here at Gaia, could have difficulty in lining up that many, at precisely the same time, each and every day.  Especially over the long-term.  I can not even myself promise the same time every day to any project, no matter how worthy.

Never would I ever say anything is impossible, for if it can be dreamed of, it can be achieved.  It is a very tall order indeed; but if ever there were a person capable of achieving such, it is you dear friend.

Eli,

Ah, but when I consider all of the paths, and all of the practitioners of any specific path, and how many are humanity upon the Earth at this time, it does not escape my awareness, that at any given moment, upon this earth, simultaneously in prayer are the 1500-2000 that you indicate are needed.

In my heart, I know that all is always well and perfect and good; and that this request of your heart, has already been fulfilled in reality, but that any one of us has the belief to perceive it is so.

Is that not true?  Is that somehow still missing the mark?  Do these prayers need a specific content, that is not already addressed in the prayers, of those who practice such?  For some of us, prayer is ongoing as our very life.

I await humbly, answers to such questions, as they come to me now …

Beloved Eli,

In searching for an appropriate passage on the spiritual benefits of living in the mountains, I found the following excerpts in Practice of Yoga, by Swami Sivananda.  They expand on your very timely and urgent request that we collectively pray for the healing of our precious Mother, Earth, lovely Gaia as the Greeks named her:

Meditation on GayatriGayatri is the Blessed Mother of the Vedas.
    “Om Bhur Bhavah Svah Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat.”

    “Let us meditate on Ishvara's glory, who has created this universe, who is fit to be worshipped, who is the remover of all sins and ignorance.  May [S]He enlighten our Buddhi.”

Glory of
Gayatri.  Brahman milked out from the Vedas the letters A, U, M which form together with three sacred words:  Bhur (earth), Bhuvah (sky) and Svah (heaven).

Meditation on Virat-Purusha.  “Heaven is [Her] head.  Earth is Her foot.  The 4 quarters are Her hands.  Sun and Moon are Her eyes.  Fire is Her mouth.  Dharma is Her back.  Grass and herbs are Her hairs.  Mountains are Her bones.  Sea is her bladder.  Rivers are her arteries and veins.
                                                                    -Swami Sivananda

Last night I attended a sacred event, in audience with the Ven. Thupten Ngodup, the Medium of the State Oracle of Tibet.  Although the Oracle traditionally  protects and advises the Dalai Lama, messages have been given concerning the Earth:  extreme weather patterns and upheavals are due to the 4 elements out of balance.   Each individual must take personal responsibility, purify himself, and practice loving kindness and compassion to all beings.  All beings have been our loving Mother in previous incarnations….

I'm reminded of Tibet's location on the northernmost position on the planet, on the crown chakra of Mother Earth, spinning prayer wheels filled with Sanskrit mantras, offering continuous prayers around the clock for millenia for the removal of ignorance and suffering, for the happiness of all beings.  The mantras, prayers, and teachings were brought to Tibet from Mother India….

Which brings this to you, Swamiji, a most beloved and honored guru, teacher of  the very Source of the ancient, universal wisdom.   I will visualize your presence in the sacred mountains of India and join with you in prayer for our Mother Earth.  Your inspiration within OLMW is a great blessing.  We will miss your presence on the Web but will feel your spiritual guidance in our hearts.  I hope you will give us some specific guidelines concerning the form our prayers should take.

In gratitude, Kathy

Swamiji, I don't know what alchemy Siona is going to spin regarding World Prayer for Mother Earth. I'm sure whatever is thought of, each group in Gaia can also post, sharing the idea - is it an idea - it is more of a happening being birthed and every person committed to this can blog, mail, post on websites, etc.

Im wondering about logistics in terms of time - here I am on the other side of earth from many Gaia members - my night is their day and visa versa - people have different types of jobs, are free at different hours, etc

Anna, this time zone issue is easily solved. As I have already suggested, we do it in groups, each group belonging to a time zone does it together. For example people belonging to India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka etc. can join in ONE group and decide their own convenient 15 mins time slot, while People in Europe could perhaps decide their own time. As long as we have numbers in each group, it will focus the Light in a tight healing beam from that group.

Let us see how things evolve, we might need one person for each group, and a central co-ordinator of the project over-viewing this whole project …

just a thought … it needs refinement and fine tuning.

Oh, Eli. I cried reading this. I'll miss you so much, and I'm so grateful you'll be remaining with us a little longer. No matter how much practice I get I still struggle with goodbyes.

I am going to meditate on this project this weekend. Something in me is whispering with a similar urgency, but it's carrying with it the message that this is not something that should or could be heavily coordinated or structured, and that the last thing to do is to worry about logistics and organization.

(After all, the internet and technology has already done such strange things to time–it's possible to hold a conversation at 'the same time' in different time zones– that the mind nearly boggles. It's beautiful. :)

I feel more strongly that something is emerging organically, in and through each of us, that something is pushing through and aching to be voiced or acknowledged, and that there is a great need for attention and prayer. I feel that the difficulty (and it is not easy!) comes from the leap of faith involved in trusting this emergence, and in not trying to control or own or plan it, but in allowing, instead, yourself to be borne along.

I feel, too, and just as powerfully, that there is a sweet and necessary reciprocation to it. That is, we might consider that in addition, to Gaia 'needing' our love and attention, she also wishes for us to understand how deep and profound and powerful her Mother-love for each of us is, and for us to open to and bask in that reassuring comfort so that we can better channel it back to her.

That said, if those of us in this Group want to create our own circles, or to name what is happening for our own sweet assurance and to contribute our role to the whole, that would be beautiful too. If this is the route we go, what would people prefer? Would you like to set a time each day for us all to contribute our heart-attention to the planet? There is already a “rolling” noon-meditation I know of, whereby around the world at 12 noon in their time zone people take a few minutes to send love to the Earth; we could link ourselves to that. Or might we arrange for a shared time to settle in for a shared meditation? I'd love to connect through our voices at some point, and, if we can't share a physical space together, at least connect in a temporal one…

Dear Friends,

First thank you Eli, for the beautiful poem it was really touching, and of course also the other poetry  from friends was very wonderful.

As an addition to the conversation that is going on about the desire and need for a connective prayer for our beloved Mother Earth I would like to share the initiative that two wonderful friends of mine have started here in my town and that is coming together real nicely. I feel the energy flows together quite beautifully  with what is wanted here, the structure might be somewhat different but it can be an addition to other on going prayergroups that might evolve,  I'll just copy some of the text of my blog today here:

“I have a neighbour and a copple of friends around here that are going to do a 24 hour meditative AUM chanting marathon with the intention to send love and healing energy to Mother Earth.  Some of the intiators of this core group have been working with sound healing for quite a while as a meditative practice as well as professionally.

There is going to be a core group of around 20-25 people that will be staying in a small chapel on oktober 4th thru 5th and they will be alternating but continuous chanting for 24 hours, also connected with other friends abroad and in private homes in the Netherlands as well as other European countries.
They have been preparing this very enthousiastic and thoughtfully since june and are meeting regularly to do meditation, practices and grounding exercises etc. The manifestation so far have been beautifully, they have a nature food company that sponsors the food, there are people to help them with all kind of services (including massages!) etc.

I am not going to join this coregroup myself since I am planning a little vacation around that time but I will attent some of the meetings before and chant privately some of the time and I have offered my services to bring this further out into the world through gaia and other on and off line connections.
Because this is the first time,  they have kept the core group small but the intention is to make this a yearly event and let it grow organically.  And naturally the invitation is out for all who resonate with this to connect with them and form coregroups elsewhere so the chant will grow stronger.

One of the initiators just sent me an english translation of a text she made for me to share here with you:

The first AOM - Marathon!   this is a message I send to all of you, take a moment to breath and to read it with your heart
We have a vision: Weaving a Web of Soundwaves around the world in 24 hours To sound for 24 hours  Just like our friends the whales can send a message around the world in 24 hours..

We will send our frequencies of compassion and remembrance around the world through the sacred mantra of AOM Een wake up call. A nurturing call. A loving call. Our call! The calling of the whales tell us it has to be now that we, people stand up and make a difference in our own way, the best way we know. Let's do it together in our way. Our sounding language. Together as a soundtribe! We CAN make a difference through our strong intent and belief!!!

On the 4th of october we will sound the AOM for 24 hours. We start at 13:00 our pm (dutch time) A group of 20 to 25 dutch people who are dedicated and willing to do something extra for our beloved mother earth and it's residents. We found an incredible place that is willing to give us their chapel for 24 hours for free. FANTASTIC.

We are SO EXCITED, and so longing to hear all your reactions. Are you willing to PARTICIPATE, take a risk and join US!!  Sending you HEAPS AND HEAPS of spring passion, love and JOY Marieke and Marinet

If you are interested to be a part of this event and connect with them please let me know asap.”

Blessing to you all and to our beloved Mother Earth.

Dear sweet Eli~

I have been a part of Gaia for about a year now.  When Gaia found me, I was in a precarious stage of growth…I was in a state of “flux” and in tremendous emotional pain.  You were the first sweet soul to reach out your hand, hold mine, and help me to pull myself up and out of the muck and mire that was my emotional drowning pool.  I will always be in your debt.  I feel that God puts people in to our lives at just the right time…his timing is always perfect…for me, I was blessed in having you put in to my life at the very moment that I felt like destroying it…I was in a deep, dark well of a place, and God chose to send you, along with a few other earthly angels, to help save me.  I know that you are a man that does not like to take credit, nor do you accept praise easily, but, please accept mine.  You will be sorely missed here.  I have been so busy lately, that I have not visited Gaia as much as I would like…when I saw that you were leaving, my heart sunk!  I was just thinking about you the other day and how much I missed talking to you.  I know that your heart is full and that your return to the mountains is a blessing for you…I relish in the thought of your happiness!  Please take our memories with you and may they hold you up always!

Much love dear sweet friend,

Missy

Lucienne,  the project you described sounds great! A few folks from the church I am Head Minister of will be participating from here, chiming in with AUMs as long as they can.

My church is also willing to participate in Swamiji's project, however it takes form. We might even be able to coordinate a simple timezone, like Alaska-Hawaii time zone, one hour west of Pacific Time Zone. Not that we know many people there already….. But if it is meant to be, 2000 people can be found.

I suggest 12 noon as a good time in each timezone. Most people are up by then, and many are at lunch.

I like a lot of what Siona said, and also wonder about linking up with the existing group apparently doing exactly what Eli was suggesting.

I don't regard the Earth as a victim, but I do believe in sending love, appreciation, rejoicing, and gratitude in large doses, and also being open to receiving that flow FROM our Mother as well.

Blessings, OM Bastet

Lucienne, OM, Siona, Anna,

I feel the light … we are ONE

YES to all you say.

I would simply like to clarify a few points (some of which I have already mentioned above)
1. We don't need to worry about WHAT WORDS or HOW we pray, our Higher Self HAS the right words. We all know and have experienced that at the level which we are talking about, the LIGHT,the VIBRATIONS, the ENERGY is what matters. ANY PATH, ANY WORDS can create them as long as we are humble, sincere, and honest in our prayer.
2. Siona said the internet and technology has already done such strange things to time–it's possible to hold a conversation at 'the same time' in different time zones– that the mind nearly boggles.
Time is OUR concept, in the Universal Consciousness what exists as fundamental property is CHANGE …  to understand, measure  and communicate this fundamental property and we created “time” as a concept and a measure. So when we are doing a project reaching out to the cosmic level… let us simple focus on synchronous “Moment” (we call it MUHURTA in ancient Vedic Science…the NOW)
3. Which brings me to re-emphasize the need for a concentrated FOCUS on a specific NOW, the NOW when we will all be merging our higher selves in generating the Light, and when we will offer our gratitude to our Mother.
4. OM, the need is POSITIVE COLLECTIVE LIGHT. I know that you know, and I know that you are holding my hand as I am holding yours in this project.

The “form” is organically evolving, and I already feel the high energy. I patiently await the lotus to finally bloom.

I'm delighted to see the way we're once again organically growing into different thoughts around Eli's central request. I decided to bring my thought posted privately last night, here as well; in a way, apart from the time, I feel we're all bringing similar thoughts together.

There is a little story before that, about how my daughter alerted me to the cyclical times:  1:01 2:02 3:03 etc., she taught me a game. She'd say: “Mom, it's 1”
“01?” I'd say
And then burst into laughter.
There are many thoughts I've had since then, as to why we are so attuned to the energy of this cyclical number. In a way, it reminds me of a spiral - it goes up and then seems to come back where it started.
So with this discussion of what to do about a global prayer, I thought of this.

 9:09 : the Gaia minute
Each day at 9:09 in the morning or evening, let us spend a moment or more to beam our highest vibration into Gaia, Mother Earth with all sentient and insentient beings. To raise our vibration, we can pray, meditate, hold intention or simply visualize Gaia as healed, healing, whole, radiant. When thousands of people join together in an endeavor such as this, the energies so generated can bring miraculous changes. When each of us does it in  our own time zone, our Mother Earth and all of us get the benefit of a round-the-clock healing.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I thought of 9:09 as a time when people won't be stressed as to whether or not they're awake or if it's morning or evening - most people will be awake and available at this time. But of course it could as easily be 12 noon as others have suggested or perhaps 6:06 or another time. The time itself - the number - is a reminder, a cue; a symbol for codes buried deep within us. The timing [moment] is also a cue to start something; much of the prayer will be internal, and will keep flowing.
I am reading all the posts and feel as if I'm watching a little winged creature struggling free of its cocoon - soon it will fly full winged and beautiful in the light.
I guess in many senses we are a microcosm of the macrocosm, so airing our feelings and views is a good idea. Meenakshi, 9.09 sounds good - 9+9=18=1+8=9. 3x9=27=2+7=9. Nice! Though, people working in office environments may find this a difficult time in the mornings. Evening may be more manageable for many,
My own sense is it's best to meditate early before 'the day begins' - but I know others find early mornings difficult. It can be difficult but I just prefer to meditate early before 'the day begins' - early can mean having free time we may not always have otherwise.
I love what Swamiji says -
….let us simple focus on synchronous “Moment” (we call it MUHURTA in ancient Vedic Science…the NOW)….
This allows us to consider being free of the literal clock and work with the sense of 'right time' which suits each one of the billions of beings on earth whilst experiencing Oneness.
Looking forward to what emerges…
Dear Swamiji may I please ask you a question.
Could you please share thoughts about Attachment and how one can be liberated from attachment
Hi all,
Guruji (Swami Eli) has specifically said that any time is prayer time, and he explained how the very concept of “time” is our own creation.
I have been thinking about suggestion for a common time frame, as suggested by some of us,  and the following thoughts came to my mind. I humbly add these thoughts to this priceless thread for consideration.
In ancient Vedic thoughts we find reference of “Trisandhya”.
Sandhya means “junction”. Ancient wise men recognized three (tri) junctions (sandhya)  “moments” in each cycle from sunrise till next sunrise. We are told that the best time for prayers is these three “moments”.
As the night goes away and dawn breaks, that is first Sandhya.
At midday, as the forenoon passes and afternoon approaches, that is the second sandhya.
As the sun sets, and night arrives, that junction moment is the third sandhya.
Perhaps, when it is sunset at one part of Mother Earth, it is noon at another part and early sunrise some other place…..
Just my thoughts …
Bhatta, thank you for your suggestions. in today's world, many of us have begun to understand about transcending dimensions of space and time.
We are also aware of all the global calls to prayer, some of which have been placed together in a thread at The Power of Light group.
The time issue has come up because Swamiji had earlier said:
appeal to ALL to join Siona in a prayer project which She will perhaps soon initiate at my personal request.
Our Mother Earth needs our combined prayers, the need is urgent.
The need is that we pray together AT THE SAME APPOINTED HOUR EVERY DAY.”
He feels that Siona can do this, as we can't, because it needs to be organized. We are all trying to work together to see how it grows. I am enjoying this organic process, aware that what is called for has already begun in the subtle regions of awareness.
Dear Eli,
I am new to this thread and feel so blessed to have been brought to it by dear Siona and Meenakshi.   There is so much here, one could respond in a hundred different ways.  I share your desire to honor mother earth, and in an even broader sense the need/urgency for all here to honor divine feminine in all ways. I also truly believe it is important to choose a time globally, or to create subgroups by time zone, so that hearts and intentions can be amplified by joining together as one.  I believe in this way, that we not only magnify our powerful intentions outward to the all, but also recieve the exponential energy within ourselves as we literally and consciously join together as one.  I would like to respectfully let it be known that I am offering a new meditation to help bring forth planetary and personal healing by honoring divine feminine which you can find at this link here at Gaia: http://groups.gaia.com/power_of_light/conversations/view/476312
If we could all somehow coordinate these sacred feminine intentions and meditations it would be beautiful.  I will look for posts here and on my thread as well for information on how we might decide to do this.  Please –if anyone would like to e-mail me privately on this matter–feel free to do so also.
Love and Light,
Tracy
