Hello indigomoonchild and welcome to the Gaiasphere!

Anyone who admits to true lunacy will fit in here quite nicely! ~grin~ I started to avoid my email notifications and log right into Gaia, go straight to 'friends blogs', and settle in to reading with a snack and a hot cup of tea!

Unless I have something to say... then I go straight to New Entry and blog my thoughts...

Only then do I go over to my email notifications and sift thru the comments, threads, etc of groups and blogs! Whew!

And there I found you! Again, Welcome!

Gee, I think I'm going to need this group a lot! I think I just joined about 200 groups here, and I'll need guidance! (that's my inner child trying to be funny! lol) Okay, it was really only like about 4 groups, but with the different threads going on in each of them...it felt like 200! lol (Yeah...there's nothing like a Moonchild when her silly side comes out, huh? lol) Really think I should stop now...before true lunacy takes over! :)

Congratulations on starting a group!!!

I recommend using firefox to help add pictures to your group in the Living with Chronic
Pain about this group section.

The Rooms can take a picture under "edit room" section... you set the curser next to the description and upload from your desktop. To get the pictures you want I recommend looking through google images.

Let us know if you need help on this initial set up.

Hello Everyone, I'm Barblovesroses and I recently started the Pod Living with Chronic Pain.
Just about everyone either deals with some type of chronic, often disabling pain or knows someone and supports someone dealing with some type of a chronic pain condition in their life be it from fibromyalgia, migraines, multiple schlerosis, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, rheumatoid or osteo-arthritis,back pain, or a myriad of other painful conditions.

This forum is a place for us to come discuss the issues that relate to living with these conditions in a safe supportive environment - issues like:
~problems with medical personnel
~insurance hassels
~medication problems
~family/support person(s) problems/resolutions
~even successes we have come up with that may help others who are going thru the same things we have so that others may benefit from what we have learned.

It is my hope that we can learn much from each other along this journey we are travelling in our chronic pain conditions and that our suffering can have benefit to others even as we endure it ourselves.

Some of our most popular discussion categories include:
~Coping Techniques - How do you manage your day to day pain?
~I can't take it anymore and I have to let off some steam
~I need guidance from my fellow pain sufferers about???

OM: :) we'd love to see you over in the group! and i know how the overwhelming is.. i belong to 30 groups, so it's hard to keep up with them! i lurk more often now, seeing as how i tend to my own group first :)
