Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting here.  My name Is Tony.  I just love to run.  I went for one of the best runs I had in a while.  I don't know how long or how far.  I just went running as Forest Gump would say.  I supposed I had a lot on mind.  It's the best meditaion I have.  Well, I am off for another today.  Have a great day all.
