Have anyone's knees “gone bad” via running hills and then come back to strength, fluidity, painlessness??? How did you do it? |

Yes. I did it with yoga….. PATIENT hatha yoga… and when they were stronger weights…. but here is the catch. Once you hurt something, its a weakness, so as you improve in your yoga and squat heavier weights becoming over confident can set you back to square one!!! |
