thanks a big bunch phil. Actually I've greatly neglected this group starting in early March, as I was in an intense moving process for over two months, and still am not back to a “normal” life.

But, I shall return, and I hope others will also !!!!

You bet. Been responding to what others post here, regularly. And have responded with Welcome letters to all who joined during my absence. Still not pro-active about posting the very very few films I see, and still not up to resuming Featured Film of the Week. Still open to guiding anyone else who wants to do one of those, for a week or for more.

I guess I asked the wrong question.  I should have said “what is the guiding premise of Featured Film of the Week?”  I get the one new-one old, I was curious about the specifics, how new?  how old?  See your remarks here.

I'm so outside the culture that one is lost on me.

New = released into theatres the week of the post (the Friday before the Sunday post.)
Old = anytime before that, can be in theatres or on DVD..

I take whichever category the other person doesn't, or they can do both. We confer about timing of the posts, and formatting of the posts.
