Hello, I have recently started studying Kabbalah, and of everything I have studied/practiced/experienced, I have gained more benefit from Kabbalah than anything else. I need some friends in this arena who can help me better understand much of the teachings. I have been practicing some great breathing and meditation exercises that were included in a book I found. I am now practicing these daily and to much satisfaction, as they are actually helping me in ways I never though possible (and I'm an open-minded kinda person who's studied a WHOLE LOT of stuff over the years). I have always been a very spiritual person, even as a child, much to my families surprise. I am just like my grams that way. I am constantly seeking knowledge and learning all I can. My friends think I am a huge dork, but alas, it's who I am. I am alo very concerned with world events, politics, and like indulging in history, art, music, lit, and healthy living. I have recently learned that a huge part of the practice of Kabbalah is in service to others, which I think is awesome. I have always been big on volunteering, and community activities and helping others. My friends also think this is dorky *smiles*. So I'm hoping to meet some people who can teach me the basics, and share experiences with. =)
many blessings
