May is fast approaching so it’s time to set an official date for our next Zonie shindig. Joanna proposed The Farm at South Mountain and it sounds like everyone is keen on the idea (Cobalt, bring your Flickr crew, too….Martha will bring the bunnies?….Joshua, perhaps there’s a piano for you there? …. Lorrie with her flute….anyone else have a tambourine? … ok, ‘nuf of that).

I will cast a vote for Saturday, May 19th

I think the Farm @ South Mtn. is an excellent choice! I love that place! Would like to show up with or without bunnies. I miiiiiiiiiight be out of town then, but I doubt it. Thanks for posting this,

Laurie, why don’t we meet for an early lunch there ? on sat there will be zillion of people. But there are plenty of large tables so we SHOULD be fine. I will see if they take reservations for those tables in the orchard, haha!

I can definitely make this one - and I’ll being some of my flutes to play - I can also bring some percusision instruments and we could jam if you’d like (mostly I have rattles and drums).

Could someoone post directions so we all know how to navigate the roads out that way - I do beleive they’ve changed somewhat with all the development in the area…

Looking forward to meeting all who can make it!

Since it doesn’t look like there will be more than 5 of us, I reserved one table in the orchard. My name should be on it. from 10 am to 12 noon.
so when you drive into the farm area it will be somewhere on the right side. west of the Kitchen.

Drat's… I”m not going to be able to make this one… Needed to fly home to WV to be with my mom for a surgery.   Important to do the good daughter thing :)  Everything went fine, btw!

Hopefully I'll be able to make June's!

I did go to The Farm - but there were three restaurants and I was at the first one and was playing my flute but no one stopped by to say hi…was I at the wrong restaurant?

I don;t know.. maybe next time it must be a simple place like bar where they just serve beer and potato chips, and I know at least two places where it would be fun. in north scottsdale. and I am not going to be a designated driver!
